Tailor-made products, displayed products, defective products, discounted products, promotional products, fragile products or products damaged due to normal wear and tear, problems are found after the product is confirmed and received. We cannot return, exchange or refund at any time.
If the damage is not caused by you or the delivery is wrong, you must notify us by email email@example.com or WhatsApp +852 5713 0413 within 24 hours from the date of the goods delivery.
If you are dissatisfied with the received goods, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt, so that we can follow up or replace the goods in a timely manner. And also please provide the order number, picture and contact number to get our prompt response. Exchange requests we receive outside of this time frame or for other reasons are solely at our discretion.
