We regret that we are unable to accept order cancellations. All payments made for products, services, or deposits are non-refundable. If you need to modify the delivery date or product specifications, please inform us at least 2 business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the scheduled delivery. Please note that availability of flowers/plants/goods is subject to our final confirmation. Additional fees and transaction costs may apply. Changes cannot be made to items already booked, custom-made items, or items currently in production. Should a customer choose to exchange for a lower-priced item, we will issue a credit note or voucher with a 6-month validity period; the remaining balance will be credited within 10 business days. All processing and administrative expenses related to such adjustments (e.g., 2.5% of the original transaction value, or $50, whichever is higher) will be borne by the customer. Changes to projects like weddings, landscaping, and decorations require a minimum of one month's notice. Changes to pre-ordered or customized items are not permitted. Unless otherwise agreed, the terms and conditions of the signed agreement shall apply. We are not responsible for refunds or replacements for delays resulting from force majeure events such as typhoons. No refunds or replacements will be given for products and services declined by the recipient. These are the conditions regarding cancellation of flower deliveries.
