For products purchased from our Hong Kong flower shop, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom-made items, display products, discounted items, promotional items, or fragile items. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for issues discovered after confirmation of receipt, including products with defects, damages, or issues resulting from normal wear and tear.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for every situation. Dissatisfaction with a product must be supported by valid reasons to be considered.
