Unexpected traffic or weather condition may affect the arrival time and we may re-arrange the delivery accordingly.

Delivery service will be suspended or delayed when a no.8 or above tropical cyclone signal. a rainstorm red and black signal or a flood and landslip warning is issued. the delivery will be resumed and rescheduled after the signals are canceled.

Each order only could deliver to one designated address. Any add on address will be charged. Remote area delivery arrangement, prior confirmation with us is required.

Change address in 2 hrs before your designated time frame, $200 administrative fee is required. The distance between the new delivery address with the original one is within 1km, administrative charge is exempted (exemption is one time only).

Failure delivery due to unavailable recipient/ inaccurate or incomplete data provided, extra charge is required for redelivery.

La Planète Verte reserve all the rights to leave the flowers/gifts at the gate or reception without prior notice, the delivery will be considered as a completed order.

Due to the freshness of floral items, if customer could not accept the original floral arrangements, any reproduction request will require an additional fee for the floral.

Redelivery services are not available on valentine’s day and Mother’s Day (the delivery of products will be attempted only once based on the sender’s information).
